A short walk from Shaw’s Corner led to some nice light for this portrait of the lovely Laura! Bit muddy on the path, though – we’ll have to go back when it’s drier.

On the way back – about 30 minutes after this picture (and very near where it was taken) we saw 4 barn owls, presumably on their way out to hunt for the evening.
